Damon Clear Brackets

Damon® Clear - the passive self-ligating bracket whose beauty is more than skin deep. Invisalign

Invisalign offer a clear alterative to braces. A series of clear trays align teeth without anyone noticing you are in treatment. The development of next-generation high-technology adult orthodontic products uses 3-D computer imaging to design and manufacture customized clear removable orthodontic appliances called "aligners." As an alternative to conventional orthodontic therapy, aligners are essentially undetectable and comfortable to wear. A high level of detail in treatment planning and impression taking is necessary to ensure a proper fit. State-of-the-art computer technology is used to fashion the treatment program and the removable aligners. The concept behind this newer technology utilizes a series of customized removable aligners for the duration of treatment from start to finish. Each aligner in the series represents a 2-week stage in the treatment program. The removable system is effective only for mild to moderate crowding or spacing, and is also designed to treat relapse cases. Not everyone is a candidate for "Invisalign," but we'll be happy to have a look and advise you of the possibilities.

Removable Twin Block

Unlike bulky, one-piece functional appliances, the Twin Block has separate, unattached upper and lower bite block components - actually two appliances which work together as one. In function, these two appliances interlock at the 70 degree angle set into the bite blocks and posture the mandible forward into the ideal bite. This appliance is easy to wear and clean for younger patients. The use of functional jaw orthopedics, at the correct time during growth, can ultimately result in maloccluded patients achieving a broad, beautiful smile, an excellent functional occlusion, a full face with a beautiful jaw line and lateral profile and, most important of all, a stable and healthy temporomandibular joint.

Holding Arches

Holding arches maintain space in the dental arches for permanent teeth when primary dentition has been lost pre-maturely. The appliances are bonded into place, small, fairly unnoticeable and relatively well tolerated.
